Since Jeremy and I have been married we have had to replace the microwave due to spontaneous combustion cooking of all things.......potatoes! The washer and dryer (evil dryer burned anything delicate, pretty much all of my clothes basically), and the garage door motor-died on a day Jeremy was running a little later than usual departure time for work. Our refrigerator needs the water tubing needs replacement but the only way to do that is to take apart the refrigerator door which is cheaper to replace the door itself than fix the problem. Luckily we have it still under warranty! Sunday our water heater failed us too.
After calling family and then a friend who diagnosed it as a bad thermal coupling which Jeremy replaced last night after both of us getting tired of cold showers it still wouldn't work. So we decided it was time to call in a repair man. It has been a very expensive 2 months!
